I lead the Consilio Innovation Lab, which runs structured working groups evaluating emerging tools against real procurement, risk, and operational constraints. My work centers on AI adoption, vendor and cost management, and operationalizing emerging legal technologies. Before Consilio, I built and ran global eDiscovery vendor and cost management at UBS. Most of what I work on lives in the gap between what a legal-tech tool can do in a demo and what it can actually deliver inside a complex enterprise.
